What Onstream is

A working brief for the people who move Malaysian projects

Onstream reads the Malaysian oil & gas market the way an engineer reads a datasheet: what actually changed stage, what is merely announced, and what is worth watching next. It is written for the people who design, specify, contract and operate — consultants, EPC package teams, FPSO and services groups, and operators.

It is editorial, not a product bulletin. No offers, no brochureware — just a short, carefully verified read on the market you work in.

Stories, staged

A handful of developments each edition, each mapped to where it really sits in the project lifecycle — FID taken, FEED underway, award announced, or just talk. Firm and conditional are never blurred.

The watch board

The things that haven't happened yet but should: mobilisations due, decisions pending, rounds forming — tracked edition to edition, so the quiet weeks are visible too.

Sources, shown

Every edition ends with its source ledger: what we inspected, what we could only see reported, and what we could not access. Where we're uncertain, we say so on the page.

The standard we hold ourselves to

Onstream is a selected, bounded view built from the public record — never a census, and never a channel for anything told to us in confidence. ITSB claims no involvement in, and no endorsement by, any project or company we report on. If a claim can't be traced to a source we can name, it doesn't print.
